Support & Social Groups in Denbighshire

Who can access these services?

Anyone who is experiencing mental health difficulties, including symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.  You can ask to be referred through your GP or Health Service Worker; alternatively  you can contact us directly to self refer or download a referral form from the Vale of Clwyd Mind website.

If you experience isolation, anxiety, depression,  or any other mental health problem, or care for someone that does, then why not drop in to any one of the groups below.  The groups offer light refreshments and the opportunity to talk with others, it is all very informal so please feel free to bring along a friend, relative or carer for moral support.

Each group provides various activities to get involved in or you can just sit and read the newspaper, there are no expectations. Volunteers and support workers are there if you want to talk, or if you require any information.
